Article 03

Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, mobile phone number, an active email address, and any information needed for identity verification.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the mcd76 support team immediately via live chat or email.

Any attempt to withdraw funds via a method different from the original deposit method may result in delays or rejection.

Article 05

Bonus and Promotion Terms

mcd76 offers various types of bonuses to its members. The welcome bonus is structured as a 200% bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum value of up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the value of the bonus received.

Valid calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus received: RM200 → Account balance: RM300 → Total wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 before bonus withdrawal is permitted.
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus received (maximum cap): RM1,000 → Account balance: RM2,200 → Total wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

All promotions advertised by mcd76 are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is presented. Misuse of promotions, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, is a serious violation that will result in cancellation of the bonus and further action against the account concerned.

Article 06

Fair Play and Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity

mcd76 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gambling environment for all members. The following actions are considered serious violations and will result in immediate action:

• Use of bots, automation software, or any third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes.
• Owning and using multiple accounts simultaneously or in rotation.
• Colluding bets across several accounts to exploit promotions or the game system.
• Making deposit payments using a method not belonging to the registered user.
• Attempting to manipulate the withdrawal process or forging identity verification documents.

If fraudulent activity is confirmed, mcd76 reserves the right to freeze the account, cancel all balances including winnings, and report the case to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.

Article 07

Account Closure and Suspension

mcd76 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without having to provide detailed justification:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.

• A self-exclusion request submitted by the user or an authorised party.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance, after deducting amounts subject to terms, will be processed through the verified withdrawal method.
